CheckSum’s Semiconductor Package Test (SPT) provides comprehensive test coverage, delivering accurate, efficient, and reliable semiconductor package verification testing.
SPT provides a scalable and cost-effective solution to support a variety of applications. Measurements are taken using multiple 1M sample/second A/D converters driven by our proprietary core DSP processor using a solid-state multiplexing system. Shorts and open tests run at a rate greater than 4000 tests per second. Low impedance measurements can be externally sensed (2/4/6-wire). Test systems are configurable to support applications +25,000 nodes.
SPT is fully customizable and easily upgradeable. The rackmount system can be used for manual engineering verification, or easily integrated into 3rd party Automated Handler for High-volume Production Testing.
