  • PE-50 Plasma Asher
The PE-50 is a feature packed, low cost, entry level option for plasma ashing, etching, and cleaning....

  • The PE-50 is a feature packed, low cost, entry level option for plasma treatment. It's a robust machine that is perfect for small production facilities, research labs, universities, or any industry which needs a small-scale, cost-effective plasma treatment solution.

This unit can use up to two gases simultaneously and excels at research level plasma cleaning and surface modification.

If you are looking for a fully automated solution, our PE-50 Venus plasma cleaning system combines the high value of the PE-50 with fully automated processing. The Venus system includes the same laptop control found on our larger systems.
  • Plasma Wand
Hand Held Atmospheric Plasma Cleaner - R&D Scale...

  • The Plasma Wand is a hand-held device that requires no external gas hookup; just plug it in and start cleaning! Perfect for small production facilities, research labs, universities, or anyone needing a small, hand-held plasma solution.

Plasma Wands are ideal for spot cleaning and surface modification of large objects before bonding. This simple plasma device is a versatile, all-in-one solution that is ready to use right out of the box. As with all of our systems, the Plasma Wand offers consistent and repeatable results.

Surface activation generated with the Plasma Wand lasts about an hour as a rule of thumb, depending on the substrate treated. Metals and silicon last longer than plastics and rubbers.

The Plasma Wand includes our standard nozzle for cleaning plastic, rubber, and non-conductive materials. Two optional cleaning nozzles are available: the Nearfield Nozzle, which cleans metals and conductive materials, and the Multigas Nozzle, which allows argon or helium as an input gas.
