iCAM (Instrument Construction and Maintenance) was founded in 1964 by Dennis Davis with the aim of providing a flexible professional service backed up with high quality, cost efficient products. In 1970 we moved to our current site at Dock Road Industrial Estate, Connah’s Quay, on which site we are continually expanding currently employing over 40 staff on site. We are established suppliers of vacuum gas and fluid handling products and systems. Supplying the following industries; Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Water & Waste Water.
We specialise in High integrity precursor delivery containers. (Canisters, Vessels, Ampoules. Bubblers) for use in Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD), Metalorganic Chemical Vapour Deposition (MOCVD) and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) applications.
We also offer a range of services including 3D Engineering Design & Product Development. Orbital Welding (Head & Lathe). Manual TIG & MIG Welding. Machining (CNC & Manual).
