Koken Ltd, headquarterd in Tokyo, Japan, was established in 1963 and has been a leading manufacturer of clean air devices and industrial respirators in Japan. Our product ranges include: Clean air devices for use by various industries and research institutions, respiratory protective equipment (RPE) for protecting the health of industrial workers and N95 respirators for use by healthcare professionals as infection control.

We have been successful in manufacturing nano-fiber filters for mass production with the use of the electro-spinning method. The nano-fiber filter, which we call "FERENA," is essential for creating ISO Class-1 super clean air environment.

By combining the nano-fiber filter and laminar airflow technologies, we invented KOACH system. KOACH consists of two push hoods facing against each other. The push hoods blow out ISO Class 1-rated clean air at very low speed. The airflows make a contact at the center of the two push hoods and are "pushed out" toward the external environment, creating the ISO Class-1 clean air environment between the push hoods.
