  • Proton Motion Stage
    Your idea our skills. We take responsibility for the development & manufacturing of high-end motion stages. The Proton Motion Stage showcases these skills and is designed to support various semiconductor processes such as wafer metrology & inspection....

  • We design the motion stages using our own OTS (off-the- shelf) linear motors, motion drives & controllers and take care of the validation and a reliable manufacturing process, providing a complete high-end & cost-effective solution.

    The Proton Motion Stage has a unique statically determined preload mechanism to ensure highly smooth motion and great robustness.  In addition, the stage is designed for high vacuum compatibility and has an integrated active vibration isolation system, making it ideal for high-end semiconductor applications.

    All system requirements and processes differ, from velocity and stroke, to throughput depending on the application. That is why the Proton Motion Stage has been designed to be configurable depending on our customer’s requirements and by using the design & manufacturing skills shown in this innovative platform, we can also design & manufacture a completely custom stage that meets your specific needs. 

  • Sonic 1MHz TDI Camera
    The Sonic TDI cameras offer the highest throughput available in the market. With its 1 MHz line-rate and 256 TDI stages, it enables applications to faster acquire images even when light conditions are limited....

  • The high-speed high resolution TDI Cameras are excellent solutions for metrology applications and display (FPD) inspection systems. With 1 MHz line-rate, it defines a new speed for TDI Cameras and 16k resolution. To ensure light sensitivity, BSI technology is used to enable high QE and 256 TDI stages. It features bi-directional Time Delay Integration (TDI), programmable look-up table, and system integration options available on interfaces. In addition, the AR coating as well as QE can be tuned to application wavelength system optimal for UV of Visible light. 
  • Zeus High Performance Cabinet
    The ZHPC is an industrial-grade, liquid cooled computing cabinet for demanding embedded applications. It is designed for industrial environments, which features smoke detection, leakage detection, and Emergency Machine Off (EMO) functionality....

  • With a built-in heat exchanger, fans and a power distribution unit, ZHPC is a complete solution for housing, powering and cooling up to 41 rack units of equipment. It can operate standalone but is also provisioned for easy integration in larger systems.
    Apart from delivering ZHPC as a stand-alone product, we offer purpose-built systems including networking, computing and storage solutions based on own hardware, such as Zeus server family series. 

    ZHPC is a self-contained cabinet with a closed-loop, liquid-based cooling system. Integrated heat exchanger translates to a smaller footprint and lower TCO. The available cooling power is dependent on the desired temperature setpoint inside the cabinet and the inlet coolant temperature.  

    The management platform is also accessible through industry-standard IPMI. Prodrive Cabinet Management integrates seamlessly with Prodrive Centralized Management for a complete and uniform control over entire systems (optional).
