We are a manufacturer of custom precision parts and components. We consistently hold tolerances of 1mil(2microns) in hardened steel and tungsten carbide.
We use all sorts of machining processes such as grinding (optical profile grind, CNC surface grind, cylindrical grind, jig grind), EDM (wire and die-sink), CNC milling (3-axis and 5-axis ).
We make punch and dies for trim/form and stamping industries. We make molds for semiconductor molding and plastic molding.
We also make jigs and fixtures and we work with steel, tungsten carbide, aluminum, copper, brass, titanium, inconel, peek, vespel, tourlon and other engineering plastics.
