We developed world's fastest fab simulator that can simulate the production of a large fab in less than 1 min for each day of fab operation. The resolution is at the lot level and the accuracy is at 99%. We also developed highly effective global scheduling solutions based on simulation for the entire fab and local scheduling solutions for bottleneck equipment groups.
