Asahi/America, Inc. has been a leading supplier and manufacturer of corrosion resistant thermoplastic valves and piping systems for over 40 years. Headquartered in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Asahi/America maintains a vast inventory of valves, actuation, pipe and fittings, which can be shipped directly to customers or incorporated into custom spools and skids by our fabrication department. Our 200,000-square-foot facility also houses a machine shop, valve and actuation assembly shops, a Class 1000 cleanroom, research and development lab, welding equipment rental, and our corporate offices.     • PolyPure® natural polypropylene systems provide excellent high purity performance and cost effective installation. PolyPure® systems are specified and installed with confidence for a variety of high purity applications including USP purified water, institutional laboratory, deionized water and RO water systems.

    PolyPure® is fully pressure rated up to 150psi across the entire size range and does not de-rate in larger diameters like competitive systems.

    The PolyPure® system uses a virgin, natural random copolymer polypropylene resin (PP-R) for its pipe, fittings and valves. PolyPure® components are extruded and molded in a clean area. Pipe receives end sleeves and caps, and an outer full bag.
