Designed for use in semiconductor processes that require PTFE/PFA wetted parts for improved chemical compatibility with corrosive gases and fluids, including hydrofluoric acid or other aggressive acids. A secondary isolation diaphragm and vent design isolate the ceramic sensing element from corrosive gases and liquids, which extends the lifespan of the transducer. Features a 4-digit LED display with NPN switch outputs, is compatible with pipe diameters from 0.25 to 0.5 in. O.D. and has multiple mounting options, including tube connections, press fit nuts, flared nuts and threaded nuts.

Designed for use in ultra-high purity gas and fluidic delivery systems, its ultra-compact design allows for high density installations. The 316L electropolished stainless steel wetted material offers protection against corrosion and contamination, while the small internal volume of the ZT/ZX12 allows for rapid dry down times for quick process change. Other features include ultraclean design and packaging, 20 μin or 7 μin Ra surface finish options, and 9⁄16 -18 UNF Male/Female fixed, swivel and flow through process connections (compatible with ¼ VCR® fitting) with dead end or flow through designs. 100% Helium leak tested, cleanroom packaged and nitrogen-purged before shipment to ensure that it is clean and contaminate-free. Available in Gauge, Compound and Absolute ranges. The ZX12 is a version of the ZT12 with ATEX and IECEx increased safety approval for hazardous locations.
