DRI-100 immediately replaces the operator in performing final quality assurance inspection of the component inside the sealed carrier tape and also inspects the sealing quality of the cover tape over the carrier tape. The system equiped with latest high resolution in house developed vision system that performs the inspection of every pocket without compromising the quality of inspection as per the pre-set inspection parameters. The system capable of inspecting up to 50,000 pockets per hour depending on the package size and tape pitch.
The system is very small foot print and easy to operate makes it very ideal in high mix and high volume manufacturing facilities.
