Staple product of AUROS Technology is OL-900n for 12inch overlay metrology system released in 2021 as the 5th generation and there are 8inch overlay & 12/8inch inspection systems as well. AUROS Technology has been making its own differentiations with global customers since the establishment of a company in 2009.
