We provide SECS/GEM for equipment vendors and data collection and tool automation for fabs. SECS/GEM enabled SCADA for sub-fab equipment finally brings the critical, but often neglected areas of the fab into FMS with alarms and events through SECS/GEM. Our new SECS/GEM Sensor platform allows you to cost effectively add monitoring to existing tools or sub-fab equipment, including flow, bubbles, proximity/presence, level, digital and analog inputs as well as cameras with AI and machine learning.
