○ Anomaly detection : Using FDC data generated during the semiconductor manufacturing process, real-time defect prediction and sensor information affecting defects are notified.
○ Anomaly Tracking : Categorizes defect types and provides equipment information that affects defective wafers in case of defects.
○ Root Cause Analysis : The cause of defects can be analyzed by combining the results of defect prediction and wafer map classification solutions.
