We are Momentive Performance Material''s Authorized Distributor and Fabricator. We additionally manufacture UV lamps, UVO-Cleaners, Wafer Erasers, UV Ozone Generators, Power Supplies and UV curing machines. UV Applications include substrate cleaning, hermetic sealing, photoresist stabilization, wafer tape removal, TOC Analyzer, Ozone monitoring, UV Curing, hermetic cleaning and etching.
