Overview

ElectraMet drives sustainability by removing and recovering dissolved metals from process and waste streams in your facility.  ElectraMet uses minimal energy to target and remove specific metals to assure compliance and maximize recovered asset value as pure metal for reuse or sale.  The automated, chemical-free process minimizes footprint for treatment by as much as 80%, generates no waste, and reduces headcount required to execute metals treatment. ElectraLink, the operating and reporting software, provides data and adjustments in real-time to maximize recovery, manage process upsets, and avoid compliance breakthroughs that require rework or downtime.

ElectraMet is differentiated from other electrochemical processes by its ability to remove metals like copper down to <1 ppm on a single pass and its ability to treat H2O2 without chemistry. Unlike chemistry and ion-exchange, ElectraMet generates no sludge, produces no waste, targets specific metals, and requires no handling of dangerous substances.

  • ElectraMet's M-series solution targets and removes trace metals from process and waste streams.  ElectraMet removes impurities like copper from central waste and CMP streams using material science and electrochemical fundamentals.  We target specific metals for removal using low level voltage differential and varied anode materials to speciate metal removal while producing an onsite, recovered, 99.9% pure metal.  This means we can pull copper, silver, and other metals from a dissolved state into pure metals to enable a truly circular economy without a 3rd party processor.

  • ElectraMet's Recovery Series employs efficient application of voltage and material science to extract copper from concentrated copper streams found in Semiconductor, Printed Circuit Board, and general Microelectronics.  The captured copper is transformed into 5-10 kg, 99.99% pure, 8-inch diameter copper tube to be removed as needed based on removal kinetics.  Due to copper removal efficiency at >1.7X of traditional electrowinning processes, we have a much smaller footprint than traditional solutions.
