  • Fiberglass Backward Curved Centrifugal Fan
The Series 41 Fiberglass Backward Curved Centrifugal Fan offers high efficiency, low noise, and corrosion resistance. With multiple versions available, it provides a versatile solution for corrosive atmospheres....

  • The Series 41 Fiberglass Backward Curved Centrifugal Fan is a high-performance fan designed to deliver exceptional efficiency, low noise levels, and corrosion resistance. It offers a reliable solution for applications in corrosive atmospheres. The Series 41P Fan features the same components as the Series 41 fan but in a compact packaged Class II design. The Series 41U Fan is a utility set version with the motor mounted inside the drive base and is available in a single-width single-inlet (SWSI) configuration.

Constructed with vinyl ester resin and glass fiber, the fan housings of the Series 41P are highly durable and flame-retardant. All fiberglass surfaces are protected with a chemical-, flame-, and ultraviolet-resistant resin, ensuring longevity in corrosive environments. The standard fiberglass components are made of solid fiberglass with corrosion-resistant vinylester resin and glass fibers. Stainless steel nuts, bolts, and fasteners in contact with the airstream are encapsulated with a minimum of 10-mil of resin and glass fibers. The resin used has a Class I flame spread rate of 25 or less. External fiberglass housing surfaces are coated with a minimum 10-mil UV-resistant resin coating.

Featuring a one-piece solid fiberglass airfoil construction, the Series 41 fan is produced using a resin transfer mold process. The fan is electronically balanced on the unit at the operating speed to ensure smooth operation. The Type FA fiberglass airfoil wheel, combined with an inlet cone and aerodynamically designed housing, delivers high efficiencies with non-overloading horsepower and low noise levels.

The Series 41 is available in various sizes, producing airflow ranging from 800 CFM to 105,000 CFM and pressures from free delivery to 30" W.G. It comes in 14 sizes, ranging from 12" to 60" wheels, and supports different arrangements (1, 4, 8, 9, 9M, and 10). The fan housings up to size 36" are fully rotatable as standard.

The packaged series of the fan produces airflow from 800 CFM to 32,000 CFM at pressures from free delivery to 12" W.G., offering high efficiencies, non-overloading horsepower, and low noise levels. It is available in 9 sizes, ranging from 12" to 36" wheels, and includes a fully rotatable housing as standard.

The utility series of the fan produces airflow from 800 CFM to 10,500 CFM at pressures from free delivery to 6" W.G., offering high efficiencies, non-overloading horsepower, and low noise levels. It is available in 3 sizes: 12", 18", and 24".

Additional features of the Series 41 Fiberglass Backward Curved Centrifugal Fan include FRP airstream construction, an exclusive one-piece high-efficiency solid fiberglass wheel, dynamic balancing at the factory prior to shipping, and a packaged, assembled, and ready-to-install design. Customization options such as special coatings, constructions, motors, and accessories are also available to meet specific application needs.

  • Duct Axial Fans
Duct Axial® fans are designed with high hub-to-tip ratios and stall-free propellers, these fans respond to changing system characteristics without stall or vibration....

  • Duct Axial® fans offer exceptional performance and reliability. With propellers featuring higher hub-to-tip ratios, these fans effectively minimize the backflow of air even at higher pressures. The propeller design is stall-free, allowing the fans to adapt seamlessly to changing system conditions without encountering vibration, stall, or detrimental consequences.

Constructed with durability in mind, these fans boast a one-piece housing made of heavy-gauge, hot-rolled steel. The housing features a continuously welded steel drum and flanges, ensuring robustness and longevity. The six-blade propeller, crafted from cast aluminum with an airfoil design, is effortlessly mounted using a split-taperlock bushing and a safety retainer plate. This design facilitates easy installation and removal of the propeller when needed.

For enhanced performance at various operating points, an optional vane section is available, further optimizing the fans' efficiency in specific applications.

The Series 44, 44V, 46, 46V, 48, and 48V fans are offered in different drive configurations to suit diverse requirements. In the belt drive variant, heavy-duty bearings with a minimum L-50 life of 400,000 hours ensure reliable and long-lasting operation.
For direct drive fans, rigid motor mounts provide sturdy support for foot-mounted motors while minimizing airflow resistance.

In special duty direct drive fans, the housing is extra heavy and incorporates guide vane sections welded precisely into position. The fan's components are coated with a marine-duty inorganic zinc powder coating, while cast aluminum impellers receive an epoxy coating, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh marine environments.

Motors supplied with relubricable bearings come with extended lubrication tubes and lubrication fitting guards as standard, ensuring ease of maintenance. Fractional HP and small motors, on the other hand, are equipped with permanently lubricated bearings for hassle-free and maintenance-free installation.

  • Upblast Belt Drive Roof Ventilator
Hartzell's Series 69 Upblast Belt Drive Roof Ventilator is the best option for quiet, economical roof ventilation. Ideal for commercial and industrial use, it offers a heavy-duty design, exterior motor mounting, and a variety of sizes and configurations....

  • The Hartzell Series 69 Upblast Belt Drive Roof Ventilator is a reliable and cost-effective solution for commercial and industrial roof ventilation needs. Offering a quieter and more economical alternative to direct drive exhaust fans, this ventilator features an exterior motor mounting design, keeping the motor and belts out of the airstream. This makes it suitable for handling tempered air, smoke, dust, and fumes.

The ventilator is a three-piece unit, consisting of a belt drive duct fan mounted on a spun Venturi panel with a stack cap backdraft damper. It can be built with most of Hartzell's Tubeaxial Fans, providing the necessary projection height to move air and exhaust fumes up and away from roofs while preventing the entry of rain or snow during operation.

Available in sizes ranging from 12 to 84 inches, the upblast roof ventilator offers flow rates of 1,455 to 117,000 CFM at free air. It features cast aluminum airfoil propellers, available in various fixed and adjustable pitch blade configurations. Options include the six-bladed Type W (18 to 48 inches), the three-bladed, low-noise Type L (54 to 60 inches), the four-bladed adjustable Type BA (66 inches), and the four- and six-bladed adjustable Type A (72 to 84 inches). The panel and fan are bolted together for easy installation and maintenance and sizes 66 inches and larger feature a rolled angle ring on top of the wind band for additional support.

The ventilator's standard models are constructed with heavy-gauge, painted steel, and continuously welded seams. Aluminum construction is also available. The standard finish is industrial powder coat enamel, with other coatings offered upon request. Optional accessories include an inspection door, disconnect switch, and combination motor cover and belt guard.

Additional features of the Series 69 Upblast Belt Drive Roof Ventilator include its heavy-gauge construction, cast aluminum airfoil propeller, standard totally enclosed fan-cooled motors, and extended lubrication tubes from bearings to the exterior of the fan housing. The ventilator undergoes dynamic balancing at the factory prior to shipping and is supplied packaged, assembled, and ready to install. Customization options, such as special coatings, constructions, motors, and accessories, are also available to meet specific application requirements.
