Overview
We are a young, IIA & VC-backed startup located on the campus of the Hebrew U (Jerusalem). Our mission is to develop a novel, disruptive EUV technology for the semiconductor industry. Our proprietary technology, was co-developed by us and Lawrence Livermore National Lab (CA USA).
Our Patented approach, is based on our deep understanding of the physics of laser-plasma interaction, the adoption of cutting-edge Solid-State laser technology, and collaborations with the developers of such technologies. The combination of these plasma and laser technologies enables us to solve these problems and paves the way for the next generation of chip making.
