Overview
GTA is engaged in chemical materials R&D, manufacture and dealer of electronic products. We provide touch panels and cover glass for large screen display, Hanwha's SMT equipment and customized materials, which include coating, adhesive and tape, used in wafer-grinding, -dicing, -package and electronics parts assembly. Among them, our wafer-dicing solution products have a market share more than 60%, sold in Taiwan, China, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
In order to strengthen customer service, our branch offices have been set up in Taoyuan, Tainan in Taiwan, Suzhou, and Dongguan in China. GTA continues to focus on material research and development, and is a long-term partner in the semiconductor and electronics industries.
