Overview

AES motomation specializes in automated material handling equipment and services for clean and sterile environments.

Together with our Japanese partners Nidec Sankyo Robotics and Sinfonia Technology, we provide innovative handling solutions for both the semiconductor and flat panel display markets, specializing in replacement or upgrade of current module(s) as well as solutions for new tools. Depending on our customer's needs, these solutions can serve individual modules such as load ports, robots, pre-aligners or entire handling solutions for atmospheric, inert and vacuum environments.

Our laboratory automation solutions are based on COBOTs. These collaborative robot systems enable semi-automated tools which allow safe Robot / Human workspace cohabitation.

Our mission, however, goes far beyond providing modules or systems. With a global infrastructure, we work tirelessly pre-and-post sales to ensure that our customers receive excellent and prompt support and services, far exceeding their expectations regardless of the product used.

    • Our SELOP-8 series is superior in terms of particle mitigation. A combination of die-casting mapper for rigidity arm and a hybrid pneumatic and electrical driven mechanism help reduce vibration dramatically during door open/close.

    • iFEM is an integrated Front-End Module minus the FFU, safety features and etc. Stripped of most of its redundancy, but yet still provides the same functionality and performances as a standard EFEM.
