Overview

PM leads the industry with high precision linear bearings (anti-friction), linear slides, miniature crossed roller slides, and customized motion systems. We have over 55 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing of these products. We also offer ceramic linear bearings for applications that require a non-magnetic or lube-free operation. We supply the motion systems and precision stages to the world top in the semiconductor, medical and analytical industry.

As we manufacture all critical parts in-house we offer a high degree of flexibility and we are able to control the quality during manufacturing. 

At the SEMICON West, we demonstrate an XY-stage which can be used for 150 mm wafer lithography. Visit booth #6744 for a live demo.
Not at the show but also interesting for the visitors of the Semicon West is the VEGA Motion platform,available for wafer inspection equipment, a 5-axis motion system that offers high throughput, ultra-high precision, and amazing repeatability and jitter specifications.

  • Precision linear guides
    PM is an innovator and expert in the design and manufacture of high-precision linear guides, linear slides as well as slide guides, rotary table bearings, and customized positioning systems, matched to the requirements of the application....

    • PM manufactures a wide range of precision linear guides. They can be equipped with crossed-roller cages, ball cages or needle roller cages. They are used for limited strokes, play-free motion and high repeatability.
    PM also offers customization. For applications which require extra cleanlines the linear guides will be supplied with cleanroom packaging.
