Deposition Technology recently celebrated it's 20th anniversary of innovation and development in the PVD and CVD sector. It is now an OEM in it's own right, with the launch of the EVOS PVD system. This extremely low cost tool utilises the latest technology, to continually drive down costs, whilst improving throughput and flexibility. It is also ideally suited to SiC production, with exceptional results.
We are also excited to launch the our ground breaking PLC-based control system upgrade for the Novellus Concept One system. This total solution is a quantum step in the ownership experience of the C1, with much extended life cycle by removal of obsolete compenents, increased flexibility and throughput. This, coupled with throuput improvements and kinder envormental impact through reduced gas usage, is the biggest event in the tool's life-cycle.
