    • Core Insight's innovative AirStat® Digital Control Model 2400 Ceiling Emitter Ionizer is designed to provide room ionization in semiconductor wafer process, flat panel display, pharmaceutical, and other clean environment applications. High ion output current results in fast discharge time. Digital control system enables accurate adjustment of power output and feedback monitoring capability.
    Model 2400 Ceiling Emitter Ionizer is specially suited for open environments such as process bays, ballrooms or other large spaces. Users can accurately set up output parameters such as voltage, and operating time through a remote controller or Model 6300 controller. With LED display and output audio alarms, users can identify failure status or cleaning time precisely.

    • Model 250 Charge Plate Monitor (CPM) is designed to provide accurate measurement ionization system and evaluation methodology for advanced ESD control program such ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard. Model 250 has adopted innovative high voltage electrometer technology that known as voltage following technology for low voltage measurement application. 

    Model 250 CPM can test all ionizers including room ionization systems, blowers, gun/nozzle and bar ionizers. Model 250 CPM is the fastest precision charge plate monitor for testing DC, AC and pulsed AC ionizers. Model 250 CPM resolves 1V resolution and high accuracy with extremely low offset voltage and low drift. Start and stop voltages are programmable in 5 volts increments. Model 250 is small and light weight handy deisgn for compliance verification by one person and over 8 hours of battery at 1 hour charging.
