Ateios Systems is revolutionizing battery and electrode manufacturing with our patented curing process utilizing light instead of heat. Our process allows us to manufacture electrodes 5 times faster, at a 20% lower cost than traditional manufacturing processes, and uses no forever chemicals. While Ateios’s manufacturing process is chemistry agnostic, our special blend of polymers and electrolyte have yielded a 20% higher energy density over incumbent battery technology. Ateios Systems does all coating and assembly in the United States, and has an environmental goal to make battery manufacturing safer for the environment.
