Overview

The Spain Pavilion at SEMICON WEST gathers some of the highlighted stakeholders of the Spanish Semiconductors and Microelectronic Ecosystem:

  • PERTE Chip (Spanish Chip Act): entails a public investment of $13 billion to boost private investment in R&D, designing and manufacturing. Including universities and research centers. 
  • CANARY Chip: promotes the development and growth of the Canary Islands ecosystem of microelectronics and semiconductors.
  • AESEMI: association that showcases all entities within Spain's semiconductor technology ecosystem.
  • AMETIC: association that represents the digital technology industry in Spain and advocates for innovation and digital transformation.
  • TELEVES - MAXWELL: group of more that 20 technological companies specialized in products and solutions for telecommunication infrastructures and service platforms in homes, buildings and cities.
