We offer a full suite of Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) from benchtop to ultrahigh resolution analytical systems, a special high throughput automated Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope (S/TEM) and a full suite of multipurpose, atomic resolution TEMs. We are pleased to introduce our all-new Focused Ion Beam (FIB)-SEM at Semicon. We also offer a cooled broad ion beam Cross Section Polisher.
