Overview
Akoneer designs and manufactures laser micromachining systems.
With our patented SSAIL laser technology, Cu traces can be selectively plated on any dielectric material (organics, glass, ceramics, Si, etc.). Traces of down to 1 µm can be created with high adhesion. With writing speed of up to 7m/s, it can be utilized for mass production. A maskless technology enables easy production of single units.
Akoneer laser machines are also used for:
Ceramics and glass drilling,
Si and SiC cutting and scribing
General purpose micromachining.
