ViTiny microscope is an innovative digital microscope with high image quality, easy operation, professional measurement, comparison function, photo/video archiving and image editing, etc., to meet the daily needs of production lines, quality control and R&D. The advantages of ViTiny microscopes are their mobility and easy handling, with autofocus and interchangeable lenses for magnification. With various optional light source sets and stands, it can meet different observation objects and environments.

  Products

  • UM20DA-CSZ064
    UM20DA-CSZ064 uses the same interface as UM20, can not only observe from top perspective but also from side perspective. The lens optical structure can quickly switch between 2D & 3D for 360-degree rotation inspection, which greatly increase efficiency....

    • ViTiny UM20DA-CSZ064 DiGi microscope directly connect to monitor, plug and play, convenient for quick inspection at the factory floor. Also, allow to connect PC via USB 3.0 speed for photoshoot and measurement.

    ViTiny Digital Microscope UM20DA-CSZ064 has magnification of 22x-147x with different and unique lens design than the other CSZ064 models. Not only for top view inspection but also side view inspection.
    Its lens structure allows to conveniently switch 2D & 3D 360 degree rotate inspection, moreover keep the same FOV. Such a 2D/3D inspection system is very efficient for side soldering inspection and parts’ inside quality check.    

    Manually operate the angle and position of observative points, that is more intuitive than the other electric rotating lens, and our price is affordable.

  • UM20-GN08
    UM20-GN08 uses the same interface as UM20, can IR remote control auto focus and light, can switch 4x/10x/20x objective lens, magnify image up to 2042x to see micron-scale samples....

    • ViTiny UM20-GN08 DiGi microscope directly connect to Monitor, plug and play, convenient for quick inspection. Together with continuous autofocus, it increases working effectiveness.

    Its standard 4x /10x /20x object lens can reach max 2042x, check Micron samples, has reasonable price.
    UM20-GN08 is much cost effective.

    Light source is quite important to Microscope's observation, UM20-GN08 adapt the adjustable coaxial light source that is advantage to examine wafer, materials and film etc in SEMI conductor field, along with the IR remote controller for control of brightness, focus, snapshoot and storage.

    The others, UM20-GN08 also connect to Windows PC, Android table, MAC PC via USB 3.0 cable.
    The diverse platform satisfy User's demand. With new UmViewer computer software, expanding Crosshairs function, auto calibration system, auto locate the edge, subsidiary magnifier and so on.

  • UM30
    UM30 is suitable for quick inspection on the production line, which can be directly connected to the 1080P or 4K monitor, plug and play. The stand-alone machine can take snapshots, directly connecting to the computer for playback....

    • Vitiny UM30 is a microscope suitable for quick inspection of production lines. It can directly connect to monitor, plug-and-play. The stand-alone microscope can capture and save images, then directly connect it to a computer for playback to help track production quality. With continuous autofocus function to improve efficiency.

    The built-in ultra-high-definition 4K autofocus camera module uses back-illuminated CMOS technology to achieve high sensitivity and improve image quality under high ISO. Through our optimization of lens and CMOS position matching technology greatly reduces noise and improves image edge quality and depth of field.

    The standard 4x objective lens reaches 140x, 10x objective lens up to 497x. In addition, it can also be connected to Windows and MAC computers, Android tablets via USB cable.

    Paired with the new UMViewer computer software, it has expanded more functions; crosshairs, auto calibration, auto locate edge, subsidiary magnifier, etc. Simplify measure procedure.
