    ExPak is a nail-less, foldable plywood box that uses minimal storage space and is easy to assemble. A superior solution for export shipments and long-term storage, ExPak boasts a lightweight design that utilizes a steel profile for additional strength....

    • Nefab offers several different types of ExPaks — ranging from smaller, one-unit boxes to larger solutions with up to six separate pieces, all foldable for ease of storage and transportation. Regardless of the type, each is made with a combination of plywood and galvanized steel profiles, which functions as hinges that help give the ExPak its high strength and flexibility. ExPak is well-suited for valuable, heavy-weight and fragile goods, as well as a variety of specific applications for the Semicon industry. Since its material composition gives it a lightweight advantage, ExPak is a prime choice over heavier packaging products for air shipments. ExPak is appropriate for export packaging in harsh conditions in general and is very adaptable overall, with the ability to be easily customized according to certain specifications and requirements.
