  • Furon® High-Purity Fluid Handling Products
    The Furon products offers fluid handling components, including pumps, valves, fittings, accessories such as pressure regulators and static mixers, high-purity piping, and high-purity tubing with simple and complex shapes, such as convoluted or corrugated....

  • Valves – Constructed from high-purity PFA, our valves ensure optimal safety, system performance, and media purity.

    Pumps – Fluoropolymer-based pumps are designed specifically for delivery of high-purity and/or aggressive fluids.

    Tubing – Fluoropolymer tubing offers a range of sizes from a fraction of an inch up to several inches, with a variety of very basic to complex shapes, including convoluted, corrugated or multi-lumen tubing.

    Fittings – Broad range of high-purity fluoropolymer fittings offer unique flexibility and modularity in your high-purity PFA pipe manifold systems

    Accessories – Engineered to complement our high-purity valves, fittings, manifolds, pumps, tubing and hoses. They offer a wide range of specific components ranging from gauge protectors to precision pressure regulators.

    Hose -  Constructed with unpigmented PFA fluoropolymer inner core offering a wide range of temperature capabilities and has superior chemical resistance. 

    Manifolds -  Furon Manifolds are made from high-purity, injection molded PFA, ideal for semiconductor manufacturing processes, including high-purity and corrosive chemical applications that require a high Cv factor. The valves used within the manifold are 2 way manual multi-turn or pneumatic actuated configurations.

  • Norton Fixed Diamond Wire

    Norton patented plated diamond wire allows for superior part quality, high material yield, fast cut rate and long product life. The diamond wire is designed with premium quality diamond, a unique plating structure, and exposed diamond edges for superior performance on hard to cut materials.

    • Tightly controlled diamond size and concentration for consistent slicing performance
    • Uniform wire diameter and even diamond distribution with no diamond clustering
    • Features engineered diamond with high diamond exposure ratio
    • Allows for accurate part dimensions, including kerf, part shape and TTV (total thickness variation)
    • Delivers a superior surface finish with minimal edge chipping

    FAVS Backgrinding Wheels

    Prisma Coarse Fixed Abrasive Vertical Spindle (FAVS) wheels allow for high stock removal and long wheel life while maintaining a high quality surface finish when grinding semiconductor wafers. With a patent-pending design these free-cutting wheels require extremely low forces minimizing the risk of sub-surface damage. Able to handle either wire sawn or laser sawn wafers, these wheels tackle even the sharpest features while achieving fast stock removal.

    PrismaLite Fixed Abrasive Vertical Spindle (FAVS) wheels offer superior performance for an ultra-fine finish when grinding semiconductor wafers. With a patent-pending design these free-cutting wheels require extremely low forces minimizing the risk of sub-surface damage. With a superior defect-free and scratch-free finish provided by the PrismaLite wheels CMP time can be reduced for overall cost savings.

    Edge Grinding Wheels (EGW)

    Norton Edge Grinding Wheels (EGW) are ideally suited for producing high material yield and high throughput when edge grinding hard and brittle materials. With uniform diamond size and distribution
    throughout the wheel, they provide superior finish with minimal edge chipping.
