Our ThermoRack 1201, 1801 and new 2401 rackmount chillers are the ideal solution for temperature control of plasma etch systems. For applications that require even more cooling capacity, we have our Nikola family of chillers with capacities of 3KW, 5KW and higher. Our Cleanstream and Switchback products were specifically developed for precise temperature control of wet stations and corrosive chemical baths.
Our systems do not use compressors, refrigerants or CO2, making them the environmentally friendly choice for high reliability chiller.
