VOBOS is a specially developed vacuum system for bake out processes to achieve components and assemblies which are suitable for usage in High Purity applications. Ovens from our VOBOS series have a modular structure concerning chamber size, type of heating and product-related programs. An optional mass spectrometer allows the control of outgassing rate in one step.
ARGAT Fully automated tool for residual gas analysis. Gas compositions and their causes can be precisely determined. Due to detailed test reports, limit values can be set as a base for comparison. A low particle construction allows application in clean room areas.
VIDAM detects film type contaminants on surfaces of components and assemblies non-destructiv and fully automated and provides results in grams per surface. Various materials like stainless steel, aluminium, copper and special plastics can be analyzed.
