Overview
West Coast Magnetics is a designer and manufacturer of wire and foil wound inductors, transformers, common mode chokes, and current sensing transformers for switch mode power supply (SMPS) and RF applications. Multichannel RF band pass filters which WCM designs for plasma processing equipement uses a technology which combines an inductor and a capacitor into a single device. These RF filters are very compact, with up to 12 tunable channels in a single device. WCM R&D efforts have resulted in patented technologies and innovative designs for power and RF magnetic components in many applications. WCM also offers box build electronic manufacturing services for small to medium size production runs. Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, WCM manufactures and designs custom engineered magnetic components, and provides manufacturing services for companies competing in the global OEM space. Our manufacturing facilities are in Stockton, California and Tecate, Mexico.
