Our main products include the world's first E84 wireless PIO, RFID Readers, OHT control boards, Stocker control boards, and FOUP detection sensors. These products operate reliably even in electromagnetic noise environments and have been adopted as standard products by semiconductor companies and are being supplied accordingly.
