SCIENCE PARK EINDHOVEN, THE NETHERLANDS. (4th of July, 2024) Prodrive Technologies is proud to demonstrate its groundbreaking new high-speed large-area scan cameras, the Yooka series, at Semicon West (booth #5448, San Francisco, USA, 9th – 11th July).
The Yooka series is designed for users seeking exceptional system throughput, offering a unique ultra-high frame rate of up to 2,000fps in full resolution, and even up to 30,000fps with ROI readout. The camera features a 10 or 21MPx global shutter sensor, delivering excellent sensitivity and SNR performance. The optical CLHS interface ensures reliable data transmission over long distances through a thin optical fibre.
Complementing the Yooka camera is Prodrive’s high-performance Apollo series frame grabber, which supports the high data rate offered by the Yooka camera. By integrating the Yooka camera and Apollo frame grabber with Prodrive Technologies’ compute platform, we provide an end-to-end solution that empowers high-end optical inspection tools.
Experience the synergy of cutting-edge technology and seamless integration for unparalleled performance in inspection and metrology workflow, making it an ideal fit for the semiconductor market.
About Prodrive Technologies
For more than 30 years, Prodrive Technologies has been a research, development, and production partner for the global semiconductor and electronics equipment industry. Founded in 1993, the Netherlands-based company designs and manufactures electronics, software, and mechatronic solutions using the latest process techniques, many of which it has developed in close cooperation with customers. It owns flexible and fully automated manufacturing plants/factories in the Netherlands, U.S., and China where it optimizes product designs for each customer.
Prodrive Technologies complies with the SEMI S2 (EH&S) and S8 (Ergonomics) Guidelines and the SEMI F47 (minimum voltage sag immunity) standards. Products and solutions are designed for 10+ year lifecycles, and quality engineers are fully involved in product and process design. They lead improvement programs and root cause analysis, and support supplier quality activities. Copy exact ensures that critical manufacturing process steps are not changed without prior approval, and change control ensures any change requests are approved, planned in, or rejected.
