    • Agglomerated Diamond Slurry is available in 500g/Bottle, 5kg/Barrel, 25kg/Barrel .
    The grain size is 18 micron, 9 micron, 6 micron, 3 micron, 1.5 micron, 1 micron, 0.5 micron, 0.3 micron.
    Agglomerated diamond particles have the dual performance of grinding rate and fine surface;
    The product can achieve the processing effect with less dosage and reduce the amount of waste liquid generated;
    Grinding consistency of the product is good, and small thickness deviation can be realized;
    The product has good lubricity and little damage to the surface of the workpiece.
  • Diamond Thinning Pad
    Diamond Thinning Pad is produced by coating diamond abrasives to PET backing through precision coating and micro-replication transfer technology. The pad is used with lapping machine for thinning glass and ceramic cover lens, etc....

    • Diamond thinning pad is composed of aggregated diamond powder made by spray drying, The grains, adhesives, auxilaries and fillers are mixed and dispersed in a certain proportion to obtain a uniform slurry. Then, through precision coating and micro-replication transfer technology, an array of grinding block structure is formed on the surface of the substrate.
