  MCV Solid State Multiple Frequency Impedance Match Box:

  MCV “solid state match box” for 13.56 MHz / 27.12MHz / 40.68MHz up to 3000W, based on wide-bandgap power transistors i.e., SiC and GaN to switch passive devices on and off in the load-matching network, matching the impedance of the load to the impedance of the RF power source, it is compact and cost effective.

  LAUREL, DELAWARE – October 5, 2025 – MCV Microwave today announced its participation in SEMICON West 2025, taking place October 7–9 at the Phoenix Convention Center. The company will feature live demonstrations and introduce its latest high-power cable solutions for semiconductor manufacturing equipment at Booth #7527.

  Among the highlights is MCV’s Capacitive Coupled PVD Chamber (CCP) DC Ignition Cable, purpose-built to meet the demanding requirements of next-generation semiconductor processing. The cable delivers 60-amp DC current with a 2250-volt breakdown voltage, enabling robust and reliable chamber ignition performance.
