Exhibitor Liability Insurance Requirement

Certificates of Insurance (COI) Due by September 9, 2026

As a requirement for all SEMICON West exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage
from an insurance company in good standing. Exhibitor insurance coverage is not optional.


 

1. Does Your Company Already Have Business Insurance with Coverage in the United States?

You do not need to purchase insurance if your company already has business insurance – with coverage in the United States – your insurance agent can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the event:

  2. Have your insurance agent prepare a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
  3. Send your Certificate of Insurance (COI) to [email protected]

Exhibitor Insurance Requirements:

  • Coverage Dates to Include: October 9-16, 2026
  • Certificate Holder: Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International, 673 S. Milpitas Boulevard Milpitas, CA 95035
  • Additional Insured: SEMI and Moscone Center are additional insured(s) with regards to General Liability where required by written contract.
  • Minimum Policy Limits: $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate

2. International Exhibitors + Domestic Exhibitors – Your Company Does Not Have Business Insurance:
