We can process micro holes and ultra-fine pitch in high accuracy; micro-hole diameters can be as small as 0.02 mm. Beyond micro-feature machining, our core expertise also includes achieving stringent flatness requirements and optical-grade mirror surface polishing.

Beside of machining advanced ceramics and plastics, we also process a wide range of metals including stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper, titanium, and various heat-treated high-hardness steels, applications in gauges, inspection fixture, chucks, wafer handlings, nozzles, and a wide variety of components and tooling used throughout wafer fabrication processes.
