Micro-Hole Drilling & Fine-Pitch Machining Our proprietary drilling technology enables high-precision micro-hole drilling and micro-pitch spacing across virtually any hard or brittle material — with hole diameters as small as 0.02mm. It's one of the technical specialties that sets us apart. 3) Flatness & Mirror-Finish Polishing Beyond micro-hole machining, we meet demanding flatness tolerances and mirror-finish polishing requirements, giving your components the surface quality and dimensional accuracy your process depends on.

    We specialize in the precision machining of hard and brittle materials such as silicon carbide (SiC), advanced ceramics, quartz, glass, sapphire. We can process micro holes and ultra-fine pitch in high accuracy; micro-hole diameters can be as small as 0.02 mm. Beyond micro-feature machining, our core expertise also includes achieving stringent flatness requirements and optical-grade mirror surface polishing.

  • Aluminum Thermal Parts and Stainless Fixtures

    Beside of machining advanced ceramics and plastics, we also process a wide range of metals including stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper, titanium, and various heat-treated high-hardness steels, applications in gauges, inspection fixture, chucks, wafer handlings, nozzles, and a wide variety of components and tooling used throughout wafer fabrication processes.

    Our production is equipped with multiple 4.5-axis CNC machining centers and high-precision Swiss wire-cut EDM machines. Beyond micro-feature machining, our core expertise also includes achieving stringent flatness requirements and optical-grade mirror surface polishing.
