Exotech specializes in reclaiming/recycling sputter target, kit / chamber cleaning scrap and spent evaporation sources. Since 1990 we have used our unique processing capabilities to provide the highest value payment on these unique sources of scrap. We recycle Tantalum, Niobium, Molybdenum, Tungsten, Chromium, Indium/ITO, Hafnium, Zirconium, Germanium, etc. and provide free debonding services for solder or diffusion bonded targets. Exotech also manufactures (in-house) high purity Chromium powders and granules and we stock a wide variety of refractory and exotic metals for melt applications.
