Overview
ErgoTech connects, collects, analyzes, and automates semiconductor equipment and factory systems. From SECS/GEM and GEM300 to PLCs, sensors, databases, and MES, TransSECS and MIStudio span equipment and tool automation, including EFEMs and material handling, through FDC, high-performance time-series analytics and AI; from equipment data to production decisions.
MIStudio analyzes data in real time and across production history, combining fault detection, run-to-run comparison and process context to detect problems earlier, understand process behavior, and identify conditions affecting yield and equipment performance. AI uses these results to explain what happened, why it matters, and what to investigate next.
