Overview

For over 62 years GfG Instrumentation has provided a wide range of gas detection solutions. GfG develops and manufactures an advanced product line of portable gas detectors, fixed systems, and respiratory airline monitors. Our commitment is the protection of life from combustible and toxic gases, and oxygen hazards.

  • D-ReX

The D-ReX was designed specifically for the requirements of the semiconductor industry, but will also significantly increase the safety of any other application where toxic, corrosive or combustible gases need to be monitored.

The D-ReX is a standalone gas detection device for a variety of different applications. The diffusion version monitors atmospheric gases at the Point of use (PoU). Gases in places that are hard or impossible to reach, such as pipe systems, can be monitored with an external sensor up to 4000 feet away from the Point of Installation (PoI). If you need to sample gases from another room, a gas cabinet or a closed system – the Point of Sampling (PoS) – and check it in a safe environment, our D-ReX with integrated pump is the best choice.

The D-ReX PoS² combines compact design, high measurement precision, and maximum service convenience. It enables reliable gas monitoring even in areas with very limited space.

  • GMA400 Controller

Applications in which combustible and toxic gases or the concentration of oxygen need to be monitored are getting more and more complex - and so do the requirements they have for gas detection systems. The performance and technical possibilities of the GMA400-MT contribute to the safety of people, facilities and the environment even in the most challenging conditions. A single GMA400-MT can monitor up to 128 transmitters or measuring channels as well as 32 virtual transmitters for calculated parameters or environmental influences. The controller features an integrated network interface for Modbus TCP integration as well as access using a web interface. Up to 128 relays can be added to its eight integrated ones. In addition to the large color display giving you an overview of the measured values directly on site, decentralized display modules and large displays can be added for further visualization.

  • CC33 Transmitter

If flammable gases and vapors need to be monitored safely in Ex zones under demanding conditions such as in the food industry, the CC33 transmitter with its unpainted stainless steel housing is an extremely robust and reliable solution. The CC33 transmits measured values and status indications either on analog (4-20 mA) or digital (RS-485) signal. The current measured gas concentration is also shown on its LC display. The special stack effect ensures very short response times of only a few seconds for a quick warning of explosion hazards. Three relay outputs provide additional alarm options. In combination with GfG's reliable controllers, it can be installed in new gas detection systems or retrofitted into existing ones.

The CC33 uses catalytic combustion (CC) to detect flammable gases and vapors such as methane, propane and hydrogen as well as ammonia. Their long-life sensors make 33 series transmitters an economical solution for detecting a wide range of combustible gases .
