  • PRODUCTION PROCESS: 

    Receipt of your enquiry followed by a check by our sales department whether the available sealing materials and lubricants are suitable for the pressures and temperatures you require in your application.

    Cleaning of the individual parts with specific solvents and ultrasound. Packing of the individual parts in closed transport boxes.

    The assembly, testing, packaging and labelling of the valves is carried out at our own assembly stations, in accordance with the limit values:

    • Limit value for hydrocarbon impurities: ≤ 100 mg/m2 

    • Limit value for particle impurities: ≤ 100 µm

    Our high-pressure safety valves in the 492 series set new standards with five approvals worldwide, including four component approvals and one registration (CRN) for pressure ranges up to 1500 bar / 21755 psi.

    Our new high-pressure overflow valves in the 493 series – built for big challenges, designed for maximum flexibility.

    With the 493 series, we are expanding our product portfolio to include two high-performance high-pressure overflow valves that meet the increasing demands of modern industrial applications. The series includes two different designs – Design I and Design III – that are specifically tailored to various installation situations, pressure ranges and operating conditions. Whether in hydrogen compression, pump protection or gas liquefaction – the 493 series is the optimal solution for demanding high-pressure applications.

    Design I – Compact, lightweight and flexible for confined installation spaces

    The compact design of design I saves space during installation. This design is the ideal choice for systems with limited space.
