镓特半导体科技有限公司成立于2015年4月，量产基地坐落于国家级铜陵经济技术开发区内，是一家专业从事第三代半导体材料——自支撑GaN衬底研发与制造的高科技企业。目前基地建有2万平方米标准化厂房及配套设施，拥有50余台HVPE等核心设备，建成GaN专业生产线和研发实验室，首次在国内实现4" GaN衬底量产。
镓特半导体自主研发创新GaN衬底制备技术，处于国内领先、国际先进水平，成功打破国外技术壁垒和行业垄断，填补我国半导体材料关键领域空白。未来公司将以“打造中国第三代半导体材料领军企业”为发展愿景，深耕主业、锐意创新、砥砺前行，奋力推动氮化镓产业化进程，为我国半导体产业高质量发展提供坚实助力。
Eta Research Ltd. (hereby refers to Eta) was founded in April, 2015, with a mass production base located in the Tongling Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of the third-generation semiconductor materials – free-standing GaN substrates. At present, the base has a standardized factory building of 20,000 square meters and supporting facilities, with more than 50 core equipment such as HVPE. It has built a professional GaN production line and research and development laboratory, achieving mass production of 4 "GaN substrates for the first time in China.
Eta has independently developed and innovated GaN substrate growth technology, which is at the leading domestic and international advanced level. It has successfully broken the foreign technical barriers and industry monopoly, and filled the gap in the key fields of semiconductor materials in China. In the future, the company will take "building a leading enterprise in China's third-generation semiconductor materials" as its development vision, deeply cultivate its main business, innovate, and forge ahead, striving to promote the industrialization of GaN, and provide solid support for the high-quality development of China's semiconductor industry.
