Founded in July 2006, Tensun has been focusing on two product lines, namely, precision dispensing and precision cutting (dicing), and deeply involved in the 3C mobile phone industry chain, new display and semiconductor packaging and testing.
Tensun has been attaching much importance to the investment in development of core technologies since its establishment. Currently it has mastered precision motion control technology, precision dispensing core technology and precision cutting (dicing) core technology, and has become a high-tech precision equipment enterprise covering core components, complete machines and automatic system integration. In the fields of 3C mobile phone industry chain, TWS earphones, OLED, MiniLED, MEMS, SIP system-in-package, semiconductor wafer-level packaging, etc., Tensun is already a preferred brand of dispensing and cutting (dicing) technology products, or is becoming the first-selected brand that can substitute imported equipment.
