This time, we're happy to introduce you to two new devices equipment, ArF Immersion Scanners NSR-S625E，5x Reduction i-line Stepper NSR-2205iL1. KrF Scanner NSR-S220D, Alignment Station Litho Booster, Wafer Inspection System OPTISTATION series and Automatic Macro Inspection System AMI series, Video Measuring Systems NEXIV will also continue to be displayed.
