       上海芷宇半导体设备有限公司聚焦芯片测试服务十几年。公司研发的产品对标美国Xandex及FormFactor,使被美国列入制裁黑名单公司有合格产品用。

       我公司微波探针（40G/50G/67G/110G)S11参数优于美国公司2~3倍，已经从山寨跟随变成自己努力。在芯片测试标识领域，中国只有我们的产品和美国的能实现高效率作业（5~6Hz)，只有我们承诺解决裸芯片标识的问题。
