Leadchem is an enterprise specializing in canisters and related equipment for high-purity chemicals, provides customers with canisters，medium/small-sized R&D processes and equipment for high-purity chemicals, and metal parts and components for semiconductor equipment.
Leadchem has served more than 150 clients in China and abroad with accumulated sales of over 10,000 semiconductor precursor canisters, and it has two manufacturing plants(located in Liyang and Wuxi) of  comprehensive self-opration of all key production links, with a combined area of approximately 20,000㎡ and Class-1000 clean room of about 2,000㎡
