⾼速回転・リニア仕様加⼯機、5軸加⼯機をはじめとする⼯作機械を使い、
セラミックス、⽯英ガラス、⾼融点⾦属の精密加⼯を⾏っております。
各種材料の加⼯に適した⼯具を使い分けながら、微細・⾼精度の⽳加⼯を⾏います。
独⾃設計による特注⼯具により、ご要望の径、深さ、⼨法公差等に幅広く対応しております。お客様の試作から量産の製作もご対応可能です。また、弊社では加⼯技術の開発にも⼒を⼊れております。昨年には拡散接合炉を導⼊し、精密加⼯技術と接合技術を組み合わせた部品製造も⾏っております。

• 拡散接合を用いた新製品の開発 (20241023)

  新たな事業の創出として接合技術を確率しました。当社の精密加工技術と接合技術を融合させ、新製品の開発にも積極的に協力させていただきます。

  「拡散接合=Diffusion Bonding」とは固有接合の一種で、接合させたい材料同士を固体のまま原子レベルで接合させる技術です。

  溶接やロウ付けは一切使用しません。その為、接合残前後で接合対象材の物理的特性、機械的特性(強度、耐熱性等)の変化や塑性変形はほとんどありません。

  この接合技術により、高精度で自由設計の高い部材設計(内部流路、真直度の良い小径深穴等)が可能となります。

• Defusion Bonding (20241129)

  We have established a joining technology to create a new business. We will actively cooperate in the development of new products by combining our precision processing technology with joining technology.

  "Diffusion bonding" is a type of inherent bonding, a technology that bonds the materials to be joined at the atomic level while still in solid form.

  No welding or brazing is used. Therefore, there is almost no change in the physical and mechanical properties (strength, heat resistance, etc.) of the materials to be joined before and after joining, and no plastic deformation.

  This joining technology enables high-precision and highly flexible component design (internal flow paths, small-diameter deep holes with good straightness, etc.).
