Our products adopts measuring instruments and laser marking systems to provide automation, systematization, and higher-level communication for a variety of transporting objects such as wafers, panels, and cassettes. We also provide double-wrapping machines for cassettes and simple buffers.
③Tri-temp. In-line Handler...Usually tests are conducted at several times by changing the temperature setting, but this handler can consistently perform room temp., high temp., and low temp. tests without any loss in intervals for switching temperatures. It also supports test in magnetic fields.
④Chip Handler...This is a chip handler for power semiconductors. It performs consistently testing of AC ambient/high temperature and DC ambient/high temperature. Automatic position correction by image processing, Appearance inspection function, discharge prevention measures, and automatic exchange functions for probe cards and lower electrodes.
