We are pleased to announce the establishment of a new company, KOBELCO Precision Parts Japan -KPPJ- (Terauchi Industrial Park, Moka City, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan), dedicated to precision machining of aluminum chambers for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
The semiconductor market is expected to continue its growth, and the manufacturing equipment sector remains a key strategic area. Our company already operates a machining facility for aluminum thick plates in Suzhou, China（KOBELCO PRECISION PARTS (SUZHOU) Co., Ltd.） –KPPS– . With the addition of this new domestic site, we will strengthen our supply chain by securing two machining bases, ensuring robust business continuity (BCP) capabilities.
The new facility will not only provide high-precision aluminum machining but also implement horizontal recycling of machining chips, promoting a resource-circulating business model. Furthermore, we are committed to reducing environmental impact, achieving approximately 46% reduction in CO₂ emissions.
From material procurement to final machining, we offer an integrated production system that delivers high-quality, environmentally responsible solutions to customers worldwide.
In addition, we will showcase our extensive capabilities in the non-ferrous metals sector, including material sourcing, machining, and various prototyping services. We look forward to welcoming you at our booth.
